Gastronomic event held inside the Batteria Radaelli on thursdays at 7.30 p.m. (booking required)
The menu is based on the results of research into what was traditionally eaten during the Great War. This basically meant alternating between fresh food (mainly soups based on pulses – beans, peas, lentils – barley and beef, pork and chicken) and tinned food. The dishes are therefore a modern-style reflection of what was served at the time using the same raw materials.
At the end of the experience you will be served the ”Fort Biscuit “as a dessert, portraying the entry gate to the Radaelli Battery.
