The proposed menu is the result of research into the food that was traditionally eaten during the Great War. This basically alternated between fresh food (mostly legume soups – beans, peas, lentils, barley – and beef, pork and poultry) and canned food.
The proposal thus translates into a modern-style reinterpretation of the dishes while maintaining the tradition of the raw material.
At the end of the experience, the ‘Biscotto del Forte’, representing the entrance gate of the Radaelli Battery, is served as dessert.
